Returns Policy
Damaged or Defective Goods
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
- Notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your goods if they are damaged, defective, or do not match the description.
- If defects arise after 7 days, please notify us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to inspect the goods before taking action.
- Refunds will only be issued if we breach our terms, conditions, or warranties.
- Customers are responsible for any damage caused to goods after ownership has been transferred to them.
Non-Defective Goods
We may accept returns of non-defective goods at our discretion under the following conditions:
- Customers must cover return shipping costs.
- A handling fee of up to 15% of the purchase price of the goods will apply.
Conditions for Returns
Returns will only be accepted if:
- The customer complies with the returns policy.
- We have agreed that the goods are defective and/or eligible for return.
- The goods are returned in their original condition or as close as possible to their delivery state.
Refunds
