Shipping

We deliver to all Australian street addresses. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

• Delivery method via StarTrack Express
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Freight charges will be based on whichever is the greater of:
  a) the dead weight of the goods consigned; or
  b) the cubic measurement of the goods multiplied by the cubic factor.
• Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 working days

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@wideformatmedia.com.au. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Wide Format Media. A $20 restocking fee applies to all accepted returns.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the $20 restocking fee. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
